Methods for pigment spot removals in ALTOS clinic

Removal of pigmentation using the Alexandrite laser

The treatment involves the selective absorption of the laser beam by melanin, accompanied by the formation of microthermal treatment zones (MTZ), in which cells with excessive melanin content are destroyed.

Removal of pigmentation with a CO₂ laser

The fractional laser thermolysis technology ensures safe correction of both age-related skin changes (wrinkles, loss of elasticity, pigmentation) and scars. During the cleansing process the laser drills microscopic holes in the skin. This removes (evaporates) old tissue, including the hyperpigmented dead layer of skin. At the same time regenerative processes are triggered and collagen synthesis is stimulated. Pigment spots lighten or completely disappear, scars on the skin are quickly replaced with new tissue, and the skin tightens, becoming firmer and smoother.

Treatment of pigmentation using phototherapy

The basis of phototherapy is the principle of photothermolysis, in which light is applied to pigmented spots, absorbing the pigment or melanin. This pigment gradually burns away, leaving the intact skin unaffected by pigmentation. The uniqueness of this method lies in the fact that the dermatologist regulates the intensity and depth of light wave penetration, the duration of exposure, and the interval between pulses. An undeniable advantage of phototherapy is that the lightening of pigmented spots can be observed after the very first session.

Mesotherapy

Application of effective products intradermally through micro-injections focuses on rejuvenating the skin of the face, décolletage, neck and backs of the hands, improving the appearance of dull, tired skin, reducing wrinkles, evening out pigmentation and eliminating acne and scars.

Biorevitalization

Injection of special preparations into the inner layers of the skin. These can include extracts from herbs, anti-inflammatory agents, amino acids, vitamins, etc.
