Mesotherapy is a non-surgical method that revitalizes the skin and hair while firming the skin. Applying effective products intradermally through micro-injections focuses on rejuvenating the skin of the face, décolletage, neck, and backs of the hands, improving the appearance of dull, tired skin, reducing wrinkles, evening out pigmentation, and eliminating acne and scars. Hair mesotherapy stimulates hair growth and strengthens hair, improves blood circulation in the scalp, and regenerates hair follicles. On the other hand, body mesotherapy is used for eliminating cellulite, regulating stretch marks, firming the skin and hydrating it, making it ideal after childbirth or significant weight loss.

Mesotherapeutic “cocktails” can contain amino acids, coenzymes, trace elements, lipolytic and vascular preparations, medicinal extracts, and homeopathic extracts, introduced under the skin in small doses using thin and short needles. The treatment can be performed at any time of the year, with an interval between injections of 7 to 10 days. Results are visible after 2 to 3 sessions and last for a long time.

Contraindications

In the case of mesotherapy, there are certain limits. It is not recommended to undergo the procedure for people under the age of eighteen. It is also advisable to postpone mesotherapy in case of:

Infectious and inflammatory symptoms at the site of the procedure
Oncological diseases
Cardiovascular or autoimmune disease
Pregnancy or breastfeeding

How the treatment is performed

By injection substances reach a depth of 1.5-6 mm, which makes the mesotherapy procedure practically painless (local or surface anesthetic is used for particularly sensitive clients) and non-traumatic. Even on the sensitive skin around the eyes. As a result of the mesotherapeutic action, a kind of “micro-injury” occurs in the subcutaneous layer, which leads to increasing blood circulation, activation of metabolism and thus triggering the cell renewal mechanism. In addition, injection mesotherapy can also be applied to the hair part of the head, thereby preventing hair loss.

“Cocktails” are prepared individually for each client and their composition changes depending on the specific action, the goal and the desired final result. Preparations for mesotherapy are produced by scientific and research cosmetology institutes in France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.

The mesotherapy procedure lasts from 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the treated area and the severity of the deficiency to be removed.

Before the procedure

No special preparation is necessary.

After the procedure

It is possible to join normal social and work life on the 2nd day. Sometimes there is slight swelling or possible bruising which is absorbed after a few days.

It is advisable to avoid intense sunlight for at least 2 days after the treatment. And always use creams with a high protection factor of SPF 50.
