Andrea Košťálová at ALTOS clinic
The interview with the beautiful TV Prima reporter Andrea Košťálová was filled with a pleasant, positive spirit.
Do you remember your first meeting at the ALTOS clinic?
I remember that well. Even though I move around here quite often, I had no idea there was a clinic in the Atria. It was a pleasant surprise for me. Mainly, I came to see what your clinic offers, and I liked it, so I decided to try something with you.
What treatment have you tried with us?
I had laser hair removal on my legs, and now I’ve been here for the second time, and so far I’m very satisfied, so I expect summer to be hair-free, which is great, and I’m looking forward to it!
Today’s trend is to look great… How do you take care of yourself? Do you have any interesting tips?
I’m turning 30 this year, so I told myself I should start taking care of myself. Not that I haven’t been taking care of myself, but I’m a bit of a “slacker” in this regard. I started to pay attention to the cosmetics I use. I realized that I also need to start going regularly for facials. I think this is something that should be part of every woman’s skincare routine. And my advice? Be satisfied with yourself.
Esthetic medicine includes many methods for rejuvenation and improving appearance. What is your opinion on this?
I think it’s individual. It’s good that there are such options these days. But there is also the possibility of staying fit through active movement. It’s up to each woman to find what suits her best.
Do you have a life motto that you follow?
I personally have one, and that is: “Smile at life and life will smile back at you.” I try to smile at people throughout my life. That’s my lifelong joy that I enjoy.
Do you have any advice for other women on what they should not forget in life?
They should definitely not forget about themselves. It’s often said, but many forget about it. One must reserve time for oneself to feel good, confident, and satisfied.
Do you find time for your hobbies?
I’m a very active person, so I do a lot of sports and exercise. I danced competitively for 12 years, and now for the third year, I’ve been doing circuit training, which is physically demanding. I’m glad I met a great group of people there. I also play golf and still love to dance.
How do you cope with the pace of television and media?
I don’t know how to rest passively. In fact, when I lie on the couch for half a day, I feel more tired than when I’m doing something. So for me, sport, trips, and activities are my style of relaxation.
What brings you the most joy in life?
When I can make someone happy. And it’s great that thanks to my work, I often succeed in doing that. The same goes for my friends and loved ones. I’m a sharing person, so when I’m happy myself, it feels smaller than the joy that is shared with a group.
